To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazards.NOW and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Permitted Use
- Personal, non-commercial situational awareness.
- Sharing links to specific incident pages, provided you do not imply official endorsement.
Prohibited Use
- Using the Service as a sole or primary source for emergency decision-making.
- Scraping or automated access beyond reasonable personal use.
- Misrepresenting the Service as an official government resource.
